Choto’s focus is in translating an organization’s brand promise into tangible actions and experiences at every touchpoint. Developing marketing, communication, crisis, and service strategies to reinforce their unique brand while strengthening relationships.

Passionate about communication in all forms, Choto's academic interest is translating theory into practice while exploring the power of communication and emerging technologies.
